The design process can either be simple or a bit trying.  I  will send a questionnaire with questions directed towards creating their logo proofs.  I ask my clients to tell me what it is they like and what they dislike about the proofs (all proofs are in black). It’s like a process of elimination. From the first set of logos (you will get 3+ to choose from), I take what the client has mentioned and apply it to a new set if needed or adjust the proof that is chosen. I will do this (within reason) until I get a logo so very close to what they’re wanting. Then all that’s left are the final edits and color! I try to make sure the client is completely satisfied with their logo and has full control over the design.  Then I move on to the marketing items.  The process is very similar to the logo process.  I will send an email with several designed items and the client will tell me what they like and don't like and I will adjust accordingly.  This continues with the rest of the items until the entire marketing kit is finished.  I create layered .psd files for the client so they can adust color and elements as they may need and I also send the flattened .jpg files so they can be sent straight to the printer.  I try to make my files as user friendly as possible but if anyone needs any help with anything, I'm always happy to help.

The turnaround time will vary depending on how quickly the client can respond to my (many) emails.  I will start your proofs within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.  The logo takes the longest and is the most complicated process of the marketing kits.  Marketing kits can take as little time as a week  but again this depends on how fast the client can respond to my emails.

 I am always available for my clients if they have any questions about their designs.  I am almost always reachable so PLEASE don't hesitate to drop me an email.  If you don't like something I've created, I want my clients to know that they can tell me and not to worry about upsetting me or hurting my feelings in any way.  This is my job and I need to hear your feedback in order to make the best possible logo and marketing kit I can create.
